Menu size: Banh Shop’s menu is broad enough to allow for an ideal selection of bowls, soups, salads and baguettes with wide appeal while allowng the staff to produce and serve the food efficiently.

Production Method: Banh Shop’s Kitchen is intelligently designed to “stage” food production and organize staff efforts in food preparation, storage, and final cooking process. We have minimized the difficulty inherent to Asian Food production without sacrificing quality or authenticity. Producing high volumes out of small spaces is part of our team’s speciality.

Service Method: With years of Fast casual Restuarant experience, the team has learned to provide unexpected higher levels of personal service to guests to further enhance our quality experience promise. Management is “visible”, cashier staff is trained on food knowledge and all staff members are trained in our “share it” culture, a consant reminder of appreciation & respect.
