Our use of fresh ingredients, wok seared proteins, and made-from-scratch sauces with less sugar and more heart-healthy ingredients makes Banh Shop a lighter, healthier option for great food on the go.
In 2017, our executive team acquired 80% of YUM! Emerging Brands II, LLC, a subsidiary of YUM! Brands that strategically created, designed, and crafted the award-winning, culinary-driven Banh Shop. Mark Brezinski, the Father of Dallas’ fast casual food scene and 4X winner of National Restaurant News’ “Hot Concept” recipient, co-created Banh Shop from his vast culinary expertise and based on many years of travel. Banh Shop’s culinary inspiration brings a fresh, vibrant, and authentic Asian flavor profile to the fast casual diner. Banh Shop has units throughout North America with an aggressive expansion campaign for 2024.
